Summer Camp 2012

Starting May 17, 2012 - Ending July 17, 2012

IMAAM Youth proudly present Summer Camp 2012 program. There will be a lot of activities and also opportunity to learn more about Islam for the young generation.
Imaam Shamsi Ali, Dino Patti Djalal (Indonesia Ambassador), Alejandro Beutel from Muslim Public Council Affair, Amir Muhammad from American Muslim Heritage Museum will be the speaker in this event.

IMAAM Annual General Assembly 2012 Election Result

Starting January 1, 2001 - Ending December 31, 2012
Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh, 
Dear Respected Members:
All praise is due to Allah SWT, the Lord of 'Alamin (mankind, jinn, and all that exist) and peace be upon the Master of Messenger - Muhammad SAW. 
First of all, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all community members who participated and helped with the event so we had a successful 2012 IMAAM Annual General Assembly. On Sunday March 18, 2012, the 2012 IMAAM Annual General Assembly had completed and decided:
 
  1. To accept Board Executive Annual Report 2011 with a condition that the board shall provide detail financial report 2011 and submit it via email to the Imaamnet mailing list within 2 weeks. Financial Report here
  2. To formally accept the elected 3 community members to serve as Board of Trustee members for the 2012-2015 period. Those community members are: (i) Sr. Farhana Setiadji, (ii) Br. Vero Iskandar, and (iii) Sr. Nadia Syahmalina Kadir.
  3. To accept AGA's decision to postpone discussion IMAAM Bylaws and community issues to the next Town Hall meeting.
May Allah SWT gives the new BOT members strength and easiness to perform their duty to serve ummah. Amin.  And may Allah SWT gives all members an easiness to worship Allah SWT. Amin. In this opportunity, we express our appreciation to other nominees: Br. Arif Mustofa, Br. William Insco and Sr. Leli Marlina Koentjoro for their participation in the election.

IMAAM - ICMI LKII 2012 Bersama Ustadz Harjani Hefni

Starting April 9, 2012 - Ending June 10, 2012

IMAAM - ICMI akan menyelenggarakan acara Latihan Kajian Islam Intensif di Washington DC pada tanggal 12 - 16 April 2012.
Kegiatan ini merupakan acara tahunan yang diadakan dengan mendatangkan nara sumber dari Indonesia untuk menambah wawasan keislaman umat muslim Indonesia di Amerika Serikat.

Pada tahun ini LKII mendatangkan Ustadz Harjani Hefni yang dikenal selain seorang ustadz juga adalah penulis buku. Buku beliau yang terkenal ialah "7 Islamic Daily Habit". Adapun jadwal acara dan profil beliau dapat dilihat di link berikut :
